I am tring to locate some friends that I met in Arkansas in 1999. There names are Frank over he was from Pennsylvania Ricky paris I belive he was from Michigan and shawn spponer is from NY. If any of you have heard of these name maybe you can let them know I am trying to locate them.

Happy, I use to live in PA but I don't recall meeting a Frank. Blind-Bandit would be the best person to ask.
